Hangover 4: So it's about the sequel

2013 was the third and so far last part of the hangover trilogy in the cinema. Since then it has become very quiet around the franchise, but does that mean that never again will a hangover movie be released? That's what the actors say.
The Hangover series is about catastrophic nights that are experienced in different cities. The protagonists Phil (Bradley Cooper), Stu (Ed Helms) and Alan (Zach Galifianakis) actually celebrate harmless parties. By secretly administering so-called Roofies to himself and his friends, Alan causes a night that gets completely out of control. Tattoos are stung, monkeys are stolen and criminals are annoyed. The first installment of the series was released in 2009 and was able to convince both viewers and critics. The two sequels of 2011 and 2013 were not quite as successful, but fans of the series are still enough today.
So what about another sequel? All sorts of people have been asked about these questions in recent years. Unfortunately, all three main characters said independently that the series was over. According to Bradley Cooper, the story is over and, as Ed Helms says, chances are a continuation between 0 and 0. While Zach Galifianakis admitted that a spin off with Chow would be possible, no one has decided yet also to produce. The opinions of the actors are so clear. So it's clear that there will be no more hangover with Stu, Alan and Phil. Director and screenwriters of the series have not yet commented on another sequel, but after such a clear statement by the actors, the opinions of those responsible should be similar.
So it's bad for another sequel. But even if it looks like the series is over at the moment, you'll never know if someday a spin-off will appear. But in the near future there will not be any hangover movies.
